General Discription Of Automatic Lifting Electric Furnace
. The lifting furnace adopts a P.I.D full-automatic temperature control system.
· It features LCD touch screen and microcomputer program control, allowing for programmable temperature curves, and full-automatic heating/cooling, with a temperature control accuracy of±1°C/33.8°F.
.It can be remotely operated and controlled via mobile phone, offering high efficiency and convenience.
·The AY-ALEF-1700/-1750/-1850 models use Al2O3 lightweight high-temperature thermal-insulating ceramics (Max 1800℃/3272°F) (density:0.65、0.75、0.85g/cm3) as the furnace lining, significantly improving energy efficiency and doubling the usage life compared to fiber boards. The AY-ALEF-1900 model uses ZrO2, lightweight high-temperature thermal-insulating ceramics (Max 2300°C/4172°F) (density: 1.2.1.4 g/cm3).
.Shell temperature: ≤55°C/131°F.
·Furnace chamber atmosphere: air/oxidizing atmosphere, nitrogen, argon, helium, xenon, and other different atmospheres.
