The Online Aluminum liquid filter box utilizes an ultra-long-life furnace (made of a new high-silicon molten material) and is an advanced production technology for producing high-value-added, high-performance aluminum products. It replaces the industry's costly ceramic tube filters and conventional plate filters. It is primarily used for melt purification in the production of high-precision aluminum products, effectively filtering and removing micron-level impurities in aluminum products such as rail transit alloys, electronic alloys, micron-sized aluminum foil, PS substrates for printing, and canning materials.
Aluminum liquid filter box are used for filtering and purifying aluminum and molten aluminum. They carry filter plates and remove inclusions and fine particles from the molten aluminum. They are particularly suitable for the production of high-purity, high-precision aluminum and aluminum alloys. They offer advantages such as high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid temperature rise, long service life, and strong acid resistance.
The silicon carbide rods are made of high-purity silicon carbide and have a normal operating temperature of 1450°C and a continuous operating life of 2200 hours. They are characterized by high-temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, rapid temperature rise, long service life, and strong acid resistance.
The equipment housing is welded from steel plates and utilizes advanced rust removal technology and corrosion-resistant coating.
Equipped with a lifting and rotating mechanism, it features a compact size, high precision, fully synchronized operation, excellent self-locking performance, superior stability, and a stable structure.
The inner lining is made of high-silicon molten material, which is non-stick to aluminum and highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation, extending its service life.
Aluminum liquid filter box is rationally designed and equipped with highly adsorbent ceramic filter plates, replacing the industry's more expensive ceramic tube filters.

Install the filter box according to the design drawings and the corresponding size of the cast steel shell.
Insulate the sides and bottom of the filter box to ensure it is securely mounted on the bottom of the cast steel shell.
Ensure the entire filter box lining is clean, undamaged, and free of gaps.
Preheat the installed filter box evenly using both electric and gas baking methods. Do not allow open flames to contact the wall; any damage caused by this will be the responsibility of the user. Follow the baking curve standard and maintain a maximum temperature of 850°C to remove adsorbed crystal water and ensure safe and efficient operation.
Lining≥ 2 years;
The whole unit except wearing parts ≥3 years.
